Update on Ethan: his throat and ears look fine, and the only issue seems to be the swollen lymph node under his jaw. NP gave him something for pain and thinks that it just needs some time to drain, but if he isn't improving by Wednesday or Thursday we will go see him again. The X-rays from the dentist showed no infection, but he has two molars on the painful side that are coming in.
